so my dad, my sister and I were walking through an expiramental forest on the third day of consistent snowy weather
and we found THOSE.
they're about as big as my HAND!
none of us could figure out what could've made them! there aren't many animals in our area, and there aren't any animals with prints like that in our area!
it has little bull frog feet, but the tracks are bipedal.
it looks like it slid into the water here, and if it walks on four legs, it would've made FOUR tracks. and if it were a bird, it would've either flown away if it had slipped, so it would've made any sort of slide, or have flapped its wings to either try to fly away, or flap its wings to slow itself down.
I skyped a friend about it, and he immediately thought it was a raccoon, but I compared the two, and it could've been. THEN he showed me a reptilian honey monster. it, so far, is the closest match, even if it is considered non-existent.
also, we followed the tracks in another direction, and they stopped at a body of water. So apparently, it can swim.
does anyone have any idea about what I could've been?
